Information/Documents Collection

Gather all the necessary documents required for the application process. This may include Marksheets ,Caste Certificate , Transfer certificate , Residential Certificate ,Extra Curricular Activities Certificate(If Any) and any other documents specified by the Board/University.

1:. Check File Format: Ensure that the format of your photo is either JPG, JPEG, or PNG. These are the accepted formats according to the instructions. You may need to convert your photo to one of these formats if it's currently in a different format.
2:. Verify File Size: Check the file size of your photo. The maximum allowed size is 80 KB. If your photo exceeds this size limit, you'll need to resize or compress it to meet the requirements.

Student Photo / Siganture

1:. Check File Format: Ensure that the format of your photo is either JPG, JPEG, or PNG. These are the accepted formats according to the instructions. You may need to convert your photo to one of these formats if it's currently in a different format.
2:. Verify File Size: Check the file size of your photo. The maximum allowed size is 25 KB. If your photo exceeds this size limit, you'll need to resize or compress it to meet the requirements.
3:.To ensure your signature meets requirements, sign clearly on white paper with a dark pen in good lighting. Avoid glare, capture the entire signature, and ensure clarity.

  • Note*:. Minor Course (MIC) Any one of subjects in faculty of Social Sci/Humanities/Science except the one selected for Major Course
